Who owns the Oklahoma River Cruisers?

The Oklahoma River Cruisers are owned by the Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority (COTPA). In the fall of 2007, COTPA contracted Hornblower Marine Services (HMS) to operate, maintain and manage the cruisers.

Why do the Oklahoma River Cruise boats feature Devon Energy’s name and logo?

In July of 2007, Devon Energy purchased naming rights for the Oklahoma River Transit System, Oklahoma River Cruises, for $2 Million. The funds were used to acquire the three river cruisers and place them into service.

What is your cancellation policy?

Public Cruises: Cancellations require at least 24 hours advanced notice for full refund.

Specialty Cruises: Cancellations must be submitted by 3:30 pm on the Wednesday prior to the event. If cruise is cancelled due to weather, a full refund will be given.
